+ CARDIO , - CARBS.
i admit on binging for the past month.
seriously gained some wieght.
i admit it.
and it does get me upset, cause i have never been in this weight since college. my pants feel tighter than they are supposed to be.. i hate it.. my waistline was at 28 around fashion week fittins, now i won't fit into my favorite pair of jeans -SIZE 29-. LOL.
HATES IT
anyways I SOLEMLY PROMISE TO..
HIT THE GYM AND JOG.. A LOTTTTT MORE...
AND TO LAY DOWN ON THE CARBS, which i have thoroughly enjoyed.. I DESPISE RICE AND PIZZA from this day on. LOL
BTW. guys.. don't starve yourself to lose weight, i starved myself for 3 months. and tehre's a breaking point. when that happens all you do is eat.
